Leawo Blu-ray Player Mac new version 1.9.7 released today with the enhanced video/audio performance, added support to new video format H.265 and the overall program optimizations including UI redesign and bug fixings.
Shenzhen, Guangdong -- (ReleaseWire) -- 02/11/2018 -- Leawo Software, a leading multi-media software manufacturer, has released the latest version 1.9.7 of its Blu-ray Player Mac today, which is the second(the first in 2018) major upgrade of this product in the past few months, and with the enhanced video/audio performance especially the ability to ensure smoother Blu ray disc playback, the added support to new video format H.265 plus the program optimizations regarding UI redesign and regular bug fixings.
As the first major update this year in 2018, and a subsequent update of the previous version 1.9.6 which was published in Sep last year, the brand-new Leawo Blu-ray Player Mac version 1.9.7 debut this time has a lot of new features to watch:
The enhanced video/audio performance especially the ability to ensure smoother Blu ray disc playback. Leawo is doing everything they can to deliver excellent playing and watching experience no matter in visual or hearing aspects. Except the fixed MP3 audio playback error caused by some unknown reasons in the early version, the new version has extreme power to ensure smoother Blu ray disc playback due to the enhanced video/audio decoding ability.
Besides MP3 and Bly ray disc enhancement, the improvements and bug fixings are also made to some other discs to avoid playback errors. For audio playback like MP3 mentioned above, customers can associate MP3 file with the player software firstly, which can establish a faster connection between MP3 file and the player to deliver better performance later. Audio output settings are extra great tools to keep the best output quality by adjusting the parameters like Speaker Configuration, Volume Level, Output Stereo and GUI Sounds selection, etc. For other Blu-ray/DVD playback, customers can have various options to set up with, for example, Blu-ray Player Region, Subtitles, International(Language and Character), Snapshot, Skin Themes and Power Manager.
Added support to new video format H.265. Since the hardware acceleration technology has been applied to H.264 video in the previous versions, the newly-added H.265 video support brings Leawo to another level. Just like H.264, H.265 is well-known to the customers as High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC), a video compression standard, one of several potential successors to the widely used AVC (H.264 or MPEG-4 Part 10).
The UI optimization and some redesigns are another highlight. Customers now can stretch and drag the whole program interface from any direction instead of dragging only from the bottom right before, what's more, when the program window is maximized, the task bar of computer won't be covered and affected like before. And the most wanted screenshot capture button was added at the bottom right as requested. Last but not least, some hot keys adjustments also made it handier and faster to operate.
There are also some exclusive features inside this Blu-ray Player Mac to make the Blu-ray movie disc playback better and smoother. For example, it can play Blu-ray in various formats like BD-R 1.1/BD-RE 2.1, BD-R 2.0/BD-RE 3.0, BDROM 2.2, BD-J, Blu-ray disc, Blu-ray ISO File; it can play all-region Blu-ray discs and it can retain high-quality image and 4K video display from the original Blu-ray discs.
